These metal fibers are evenly laid to form a non-woven mesh with a three-dimensional structure. After high-temperature sintering, the fibers are fixed at the nodes, thus forming a filter material with excellent integrity. The fiber sintered felt filter material has a small filtration rating, that is, a high precision level and good permeability. The filter element made of fiber sintered felt medium is widely used in domestic coal chemical filtration equipment, such as the production of methanol, acetic acid, ammonia and other chemical fields.
