Sintered Metal Fiber Felt Filter Element
Introduction:
Metal powder sintered filter elements are three-dimensional mesh porous filter elements made from metal powders such as stainless steel, titanium, nickel, and high-temperature alloys through cold isostatic pressing and high-temperature vacuum/protective atmosphere sintering. With advantages such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, high precision, and regenerability, they have become the core component for fluid purification under extreme working conditions.

Filtration Accuracy: 0.1μm–120μm (standard), nanometer-level precision available
Porosity: 35%–50%, high flow rate, low resistance
Operating Temperature: -200℃ ~ 600℃ (stainless steel); up to 1050℃ (high-temperature alloy)
Operating Pressure: 0.1–30MPa, high burst strength
Materials: 304/316L stainless steel, titanium, Monel, Hastelloy, Cornell, etc.
Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to acids and alkalis, oxidation-reduction, and highly corrosive media
Regenerability: Supports backflushing, backwashing, ultrasonic cleaning, and high-temperature calcination; performance recovery rate > 90%
