Two different types of metal filter discs:

Mesh Filter Discs: Available in both pleated and flat versions to meet different application needs. Metal mesh filter discs are designed and manufactured to provide filtration protection for liquid and gas flow systems. These cost-effective mesh filter discs significantly increase the filtration area under the same installation conditions.

Powder Filter Discs: We offer a wide range of metal powder filter discs with diameters from 0.5 mm (0.02 inches) to over 203 mm (8 inches) and thicknesses. These porous discs are produced using powder metallurgy technology, with interconnected pores and densities ranging from 35% to 75%. Porous sintered metal discs are available in 15 different standard micron grades, with pore sizes ranging from 0.003 microns to 200 microns.
