According to the medium used, the filter element is divided into: air filter element, water filter element, oil filter element. According to the material of the filter element, it is divided into: paper filter element, chemical fiber filter element, metal mesh filter element, metal powder sintered filter element, PP filter element, line gap filter element, activated carbon filter element, etc. The hydraulic system is divided into: oil suction filter element, pipeline filter element, and oil return filter element. There are wire wound filter elements, PP melt-blown filter elements, folded filter elements, large flow filter elements, and activated carbon filter elements in the water filter element.


1. PP filter element PP filter element is also called PP melt-blown filter element. The melt-blown filter element is made of hot-melt entanglement of polypropylene ultrafine fibers. The filter element fibers randomly form a three-dimensional microporous structure in space, and the pore size is gradiently distributed along the flow direction of the filtrate. It integrates surface, deep, and fine filtration, and can intercept impurities of different particle sizes. PP cotton filter element features: the filter element precision range is 0.5-100μm, and its flux is more than 1.5 times that of the peak room filter element with the same precision. It can be equipped with different types of end cap joints to meet the needs of various engineering installations.


2. The wire-wound filter element is made of textile fiber yarn with good filtration performance precisely wound on a porous skeleton. Its yarn materials include polypropylene fiber, acrylic fiber, absorbent cotton fiber, etc. By controlling the winding tightness and sparseness of the yarn during winding, filter elements of different precisions can be made. Features: It can effectively remove suspended matter, particulate impurities, etc. from various liquids, and has a high purification effect on various liquids.


3. Folded filter element The folded microporous filter element is made of polypropylene hot-sprayed fiber membrane, nylon polytetrafluoroethylene microporous filter membrane, etc. as the filter medium to make a precision filter device with small size, large filtration area, and high precision. Features: The filtration precision range can be from 0.1μm to 60μm. The filter element end cap seal and the overall structure connection are both hot-melt bonded. The filter element connectors are of three internationally used types: 222 connector, 226 connector, and flat connector. All products are strictly and completely tested before leaving the factory to ensure the stable performance of the products.


4. Activated carbon filter element There are two major categories of activated carbon filter element products: compressed activated carbon filter element and bulk activated carbon filter element.

1. Compressed activated carbon filter element uses coal-based activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon with high adsorption value as filter materials, and is sintered and compressed with food-grade adhesive. The inside and outside of the compressed activated carbon filter element are wrapped with a layer of non-woven fabric with filtering function to ensure that the carbon core itself will not drop carbon powder. Soft nitrile rubber sealing pads are installed at both ends of the carbon core to ensure that the carbon core has good sealing when installed in the filter cartridge. 2. Bulk activated carbon filter element The required activated carbon particles are loaded into a special plastic shell, and the end caps are welded to the two end faces of the shell with welding equipment. Non-woven filter discs with filtering function are placed at both ends of the shell to ensure that the carbon core will not drop carbon powder and black water when in use. According to customer needs, the shell end caps can be made into different types of connectors. The interface modes are: flat pressure type, pipeline type (models: 4042, 4044, 4046, etc.).

6. Resin filter element Resin is a porous, insoluble exchange material. The resin filter element in the water softener contains millions of tiny plastic balls (beads), all of which contain many negative charge exchange positions that absorb positive ions. When the resin is in a new state? These charge exchange positions are occupied by positively charged sodium ions. When calcium and magnesium pass through the resin storage tank, they come into contact with the resin beads and replace sodium ions from the exchange position. The resin preferentially binds to cations with stronger charges, and the charges of calcium and magnesium ions are stronger than those of sodium ions. Replace the sodium cation and then go down through the resin "bed" and flow out of the water softener, so that the water softener delivers "soft" water. Finally, all the resin exchange positions are occupied by calcium and magnesium, and they can no longer work.

5. The stainless steel filter element is suitable for low and high temperature environments; it can be reused after cleaning, without replacement. 8. Oil filter element There are various specifications and different materials of filter elements, with an accuracy ranging from 0.5 to 80 m, to meet the processing needs of different industries and mines and adapt to various oil products.


9. Hydraulic oil filter element Hydraulic oil filter element is mainly used for filtering oil products in hydraulic systems, to remove particulate debris and rubber impurities in the hydraulic system, to ensure the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, so that the hydraulic system can operate normally.
